    Rates & Insurance

The rate of our therapy sessions are based on the experience of the therapists and their speciality. Please contact our office for further information.

Why does therapy cost so much?

I encourage my clients to look at the outcome you may receive after receiving therapy. If you just look at the price tag, you might think it’s a really high amount of money you have to pay. It’s true! Therapy is an investment. It’s an investment you have to put in time and money. However, being able to invest an hour of your time in yourself each week, explore yourself, understand why you do things certain way, learn to accept yourself through therapist’s eyes, learn to cope with your emotions therefore you can achieve the goals you set or the dream you have is priceless.

May I use my health insurance policy to cover the cost?

If you have PPO insurance, the cost for therapy sessions can be covered partially by your health insurance policy.

You may check with your insurance company and ask the following questions:

    • What‘s my Out-Of-Network deductible for mental health?
    • What percentage you will reimburse me after I meet my deductible?
    • Do you cover Telehealth (Virtual) sessions for mental health?

Are you in-network with any insurance company? What type of insurance do you accept?

Some of our providers are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and United HealthCare. If you have either one of them, you only need to check your in-network deductible and copay for mental health outpatient office/telehealth visit. Send us the image/photo of the front and back of your insurance card so we can verify your benefit before your first session!

If you have any insurance other than the above two, please contact your insurance and inquire about your “Out-of-Network” mental health benefit. You will need to meet your deductible by paying our fee out of your pocket first. (The deductible can be ranged from $500 to $9000.) A superbill will be provided to submit to your insurance company every month so you can get the reimbursement directly from them. You will receive a check in the mail about 50-90% of the fee you paid after your deductible is being met.
